When you schedule an appointment, a BodyWork therapist will work with you to determine exactly what you hope to achieve from the massage session so we can apply the right massage techniques to meet your specific needs.  We often use more than one massage modality in a session depending on the goals of the client and we want to make sure that your experience is an enjoyable and effective one. Often clients think they need a certain type of massage, or may not know the difference, so we are here to help!  Since each client has different needs, our therapists will combine techniques so that you receive the most from your time with us.
